Delivery Method and Timing

  • Timing: Shipments are made twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place your order by 5:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the shipping date.　(Estimated arrival: 2–3 days after shipment; 3–4 days for remote islands, etc.)

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations

  • If a product is defective or differs from your order, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. We will replace or refund at our expense.
  • Returns for customer convenience are accepted only if the product is unopened/unused and contact is made within 14 days of receipt. (Return shipping cost borne by the customer.)
  • Due to the nature of food and beverages, returns after opening are not accepted.

Other Notes (Regarding Alcohol Sales)

  • Drinking alcohol under the age of 20 is prohibited by law.
  • We do not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 20 years old.
  • Age verification (date of birth entry or confirmation check) is required at the time of ordering.

Cooling-off Period

  • Mail-order sales are not subject to the Cooling-off System. Returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with the provisions above under “Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations.”
