Shipping

Shipping fees per package are as follows:

• Hokkaido: ¥800 (tax included)
• Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: ¥1,200 (tax included)
• Okinawa: ¥3,000 (tax included)

Shipping is free for orders totaling ¥10,000 (before taxed) or more. Please note that we do not ship outside of Japan.

Shipping Method

We primarily use Sagawa Express for deliveries. As a rule, customers cannot choose the delivery company.

Shipments are made twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place your order by 5:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the shipping date.

Products will usually arrive within 2–4 days after shipment. (For remote islands and other certain areas, delivery may take longer.)
