If the product is defective or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at [email protected].
If the product is defective or does not match your order, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellation, return, or exchange of the following products:
- Used for more than 14 days after arrival.
- Damaged by the customer.
- Without packaging (bag or case)
For defective products upon arrival, we will bear the return shipping costs. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns for the convenience of the customer. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment within 3 business days of the arrival of the returned product.
