FAQ
Q1. The product is cloudy. Is the product ok?
A. It may become cloudy when chilled deeply in the refrigerator or mixed with water or soda. This cloudiness occurs when the flavor oils (essential oils) derived from citrus fruits and conifers are finely divided and emulsified at low temperatures and with low alcohol content (a phenomenon known as louching). This is a sign that the drink contains the core ingredients that make up its botanical flavor. There are no problems with quality or safety.
Q2. Can I ship overseas?
A. We do not ship alcoholic beverages overseas. We only ship within Japan.
Q3. Is there an expiration date after opening?
A. Because gin is a distilled alcoholic beverage, there is no set "use by" date after opening. However, the aroma gradually deteriorates, so the flavor can be maintained by storing it tightly sealed and upright, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures, and reducing contact with air when storing it for a long period of time.
